Sorry for the delay folks, it’s been a crazy few months with dealing with some family issues.

Fabric was recorded back in September at CakeShop and is the first session to have Daniel Carter on Sax and trumpet. If you never hear of Daniel here’s one link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Carter_(musician), search Google too. As you will find out he is a pretty serious guy as well as my good friend.

There was intentions to play more gigs but due to my personal conflicts we were put on hold for a few weeks. We will be performing again at the Evolving Music Series on November 14th in NYC. Here’s a link with more info: http://visionfestival.org/schedule/evolving-voice

I’m really new to blogging, so I’ll just tell you what’s happening. I am uploading the complete set from my Nublu gig on Jamendo and just rendered out the second video and posted it up on YouTube.

I am really happy how this set came out. At the gig was the great saxophonist and very good friend Daniel Carter (if you don’t know who he is, just Google him). He and I have been talking about collaborating for over a year but our schedules lately have been conflicting. He approached me after my set and said “jokingly” if you don’t call me to play on your next gig I may have to hurt you.

I am happy to say that this will happen very soon in August when Andres and I perform our Accidental Groove Explorations with Daniel at Cake Shop on Ludlow Street. We are still working out the details on the date and time. Stayed Tuned.
